This hotel is conveniently located for those arriving at the nearby airport and offers nice rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. the breakfast is great and lots of toiletries and fresh linens are provided. Guests love the early check-in and helpful staff.

The building is not equipped with an elevator which can make it difficult for those with mobility issues.

The rooms were clean and the decorations were stylish. The breakfast had fresh ingredients and there was a different dish every morning. The location was perfect for our romantic escape, with easy access to key tourist spots nearby.

The staff did not function beyond the Soviet era. They were not helpful and lacked any sort of hospitality and warmth.

The location was perfect, making it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent room service and always ready to assist us with any requests. The hotel was well-maintained and everything felt brand new. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens and towels were fresh, and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The breakfast served was abundant and delicious, starting our day off on a high note. We were also impressed by the additional services offered, such as laundry and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more convenient. it was an absolutely wonderful experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. The location was convenient with transportation and parking available. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast served by the hotel.

The rooms were clean with stylish decorations, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the key location of the hotel made it easy to explore the local area during our Christmas stay. the breakfast provided was abundant, and we enjoyed the fresh linens and towels.

The rooms and doors were not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep at times due to noise from kids playing in the hallways. some staff members seemed to have an outdated approach towards non-Russian tourists, which could be improved.
